1. Personal Data We Collect

hamon Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "the Company") may collect the following personal data.

Company/organization name, country, name, email address, subject, and message content submitted through our contact form.

The content of your message and your contact details when you reach us directly via WhatsApp or email.

2. Purpose of Use

We use the personal data we collect only for the following purposes.

Responding to your inquiry.

Proposing services and providing quotations.

Communicating with you after a contract is in place.

We do not send automated marketing emails.

3. Storage and Processing

Submissions from our contact form are received by a same-origin Cloudflare Pages Function and forwarded via Google Apps Script to our Google Workspace (Gmail). We do not use any third-party form provider. Your data is stored within our Google Workspace.

We use Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN, form handling, and web analytics) and Google LLC (Google Workspace) as our processing infrastructure. As a result, your data may be processed on servers located outside Singapore. In line with the PDPA Transfer Limitation Obligation, we only use providers that ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use web analytics to understand how our website is used and to improve our content and services.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and only handles aggregate, non-identifying data such as page views, referrers, pages viewed, and browser or device type. We do not collect information that personally identifies you, and we do not track your activity across other websites.

If we add analytics tools that use cookies in the future, we will update this policy in advance.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Other than the processing providers named in Section 3 (Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC), we do not disclose your personal data to any third party.

6. Retention Period

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain transaction records, and for any longer period required by law.

7. Your Rights

Under the PDPA Access and Correction Obligation and the Withdrawal of Consent provisions, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of that data, and withdraw any consent you have previously given.
